Nutritional Support – Office on Aging

Provides help and companionship to those who have been identified as extremely socially isolated.

Provides meals (the same menu as Mobile Meals) for individuals who pay a fee for the service.

Serves five meals weekly to homebound residents who are at least 60 and cannot cook for themselves.
