Senior Centers

Centers offer activities designed for Knox County seniors (minimum age varies). Most activities are free/low cost and include: exercise/fitness; arts and crafts; recreational, educational, and social activities; health education and screenings; special programs; and volunteer opportunities. Most have computers for participant use, computer classes and free Internet (Wi-Fi) access. Some offer dances/dance classes, travel opportunities, support groups and clubs.
