Senior Angel Tree

Coming soon to a senior center near you!

CAC’s Senior Angel Tree begins Monday, November 7

1. Visit your local senior center from Nov. 7 to Nov. 23
2. Choose a senior and adopt any of their needs!
3. Drop off gifts at the same center by Tuesday, Nov. 29

CAC Office on Aging’s Senior Angel Tree strives to connect local donors to local needs, bringing joy and happiness during the holiday season to seniors in our community. Donors can visit any Knoxville-Knox County senior center starting November 7th to participate. Drop by your local senior center, read some biographies of local seniors, and choose one that resonates with you! Donors can choose to adopt the senior’s whole wish list, or adopt a few individual items. All gifts need to be returned to senior centers by Tuesday, November 29th. The individuals served through the Senior Angel Tree is limited to the clients who are supported by the CAC Office on Aging.  Most are older adults that are homebound, isolated, frail, on a limited income, and living alone.  Last year, with the community support, 186 seniors were provided with essential gifts.
