Office on Aging Outreach

Whether you’re an older adult, a caregiver, a family member, or a concerned community member, we’re here for you! Our Information & Benefits team is well-versed in the services listed above, as well as all programs offered by the CAC Office on Aging. Speaking with a team member is free, open to all ages, and available to anyone seeking help for themselves or a loved one who lives in Knox County.

  • Call us at (865) 546-6262, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:45 PM. If you call after hours or on the weekend, please leave a detailed message. A team member will return your call as soon as possible.
  • Email us at info@knoxseniors.org. Be sure to include your name, phone number, and the reason you’re reaching out.
  • Visit us in person by calling to schedule an appointment at (865) 546-6262. We’re located at the CAC Office on Aging in the Ross Building, 2247 Western Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37921. Appointments are available Monday–Friday.
  • Attend a monthly Outreach Event at a local Senior Center. Check the schedule above for upcoming dates and locations.
