– Mobile health services, including preventative screenings and case management, that help reach vulnerable rural older adults with both medical and behavioral health support.

McNabb combines crisis intervention, outpatient treatment, substance use disorder care, supportive housing, and mobile health outreach to meet the complex needs of older adults. Patients can be referred by self, family, or professionals.
