Provides a broad range of essential health services to support community well‑being. These include primary and pediatric care such as well‑child exams, prenatal services, and immunizations; dental screenings and fluoride varnish treatments; family planning and STI/HIV prevention programs; nutrition counseling and participation in the WIC (Women, Infants & Children) program; and chronic and acute illness management. They also handle vital records (birth and death certificates) and conduct environmental health inspections. Many locations offer clinical services where medical professionals diagnose and treat illnesses, alongside public health initiatives like tuberculosis control, communicable disease surveillance, and emergency preparedness.
