CONNECTING HEARTS — FOOD & VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
The Connecting Hearts program is an extension of Mobile Meals. Clients who are identified as very isolated and in need of extra food are paired with a volunteer who visits once a week for an hour and brings a bag of groceries. If you, your group, or company would like to donate food for this program, the list of needed items is below. Food donations can be dropped off at the Mobile Meals Kitchen (1747 Reynolds St.) 7:00 am – 3:30 pm or by arrangement. For more info or to become a Connecting Hearts volunteer visitor, contact 524-2786 and ask for Mobile Meals.
