If I have an emergency during the weekend and need a service provider, will I be able to reach anyone at One Call Club?

Dear Worried,
We have made arrangements to be available to members in a non-medical emergency during the weekends or after business hours. When you received your membership card, it listed two numbers. One of the numbers is for the One Call Club office, while another is for an after-hours cell phone. When you dial the emergency number an actual person, not simply a recording, will answer the phone.
We know situations may arise that need to be taken care of as soon as possible, such as a pipe bursting. Other emergencies, like a tree falling in your yard after being struck by lightening, can usually be delayed to normal business hours.
The One Call Club wants to assure our members we are one call away in an emergency situation. I hope this answer will ease your worries!
