A membership program assisting you to maintain your health and independence by having one phone call access to reliable, reasonably priced services you need to remain safely in your home.

I am a low-income senior. Is One Call Club for Seniors able to assist me?

Yes! One Call Club for Seniors has a Membership Access Plan that allows seniors, who meet eligibility requirements, to pay a reduced membership fee and utilize a no-interest revolving loan fund to pay for services.

I am still in good health. Why should I become a member?

Membership with One Call Club provides you with a safety net. In case of the unexpected, you will have people on your side and a dependable service in place.

What happens if I have an emergency at night or on the weekends?

One Call Club has an emergency phone number. With this number you are able to get the assistance you need 24/7.

How will you screen service providers?

We feel very strongly about making sure people or companies we recommend are licensed, insured and that a copy of both is kept in our office. We also check references verifying their quality of work and dependability. Additionally, we are checking lists with the Better Business Bureau and the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance Consumer Affairs Division to ensure there are no complaints or problems with our service providers.

What if I decide to join in the middle of the year? Will I still pay the full price or is it pro-rated?

You have two options. (1) Seniors joining in the first year, 2008, will be Charter Members. The first year is being discounted and the cost can be as little as $100. (2) You may also choose to join on a pro-rated basis. The fees are as follows:

May – July: $75
August – October: $50
November – December: $25

Although it is possible to join on a pro-rated basis, if you want to be a Charter Member and receive a 10% discount on future membership fees, the cost remains $100 no matter the time of year you join.

What if I need something that’s not on the list?

Ask us! The staff at One Call Club is here to help and will find someone for you.

Can I buy a membership for a loved one?
