The Community Action Committee recognizes the risk of COVID-19/Coronavirus and is following the protocol recommended by the CDC and Knox County Health Department. In addition to washing your hands, covering your mouth when you cough or sneeze, and avoiding touching your face, we ask that if you have a fever, cough, or flu, please stay home and come back another day. As always, please consider your information source in regard to COVID-19/Coronavirus. SCHEDULE UPDATE: Due to the COVID-19/Coronavirus outbreak, planned events, meetings, and gatherings may be canceled or postponed with short notice. Before you go, call ahead to make sure events are still happening. If you are sick, please stay home and contact your health care provider if necessary.

O’Connor Senior Center and The Daily Living Center Temporarily Closed: Effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020, O’Connor Senior Center and The Daily Living Center will be closed for the health and safety of Knox County seniors until further notice. Please take the appropriate measures protecting yourself from COVID-19 and the flu by washing your hands, coughing and sneezing into your elbow and staying at home if you are sick.
