John J. Duncan, Sr., Award for Senior Advocacy

This event is held each spring to honor a professional and an individual from the community who embody the legacy of the late Representative John J. Duncan, Sr., who was an advocate for the seniors of the Second District. Nominees must reside in Knox County and exhibit outstanding advocacy for seniors and senior issues.

The 2019 Duncan Award for Senior Advocacy honorees are

Join us on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at The Pavilion at Hunter Valley Farm (9133 Hunter Valley Lane, Knoxville, 37922) from 4 – 6 pm. Enjoy hors d’eouvres, silent auction, and wine pull.

This event is free and open to the public.

Nominations are solicited from the public each fall and should be mailed to Duncan Award Nominee, SIR, P.O. Box 51650, Knoxville TN 37950-1650, or delivered to the office at 611 Winona Street, Knoxville.
