The Office on Aging has hosted an annual fall workshop, Aging: A Family Affair, since 1984. The workshop provides practical information on a variety of topics for seniors, family members, caregivers, and professionals who work with seniors. The cost for the day is $25 and includes lunch, an exhibitors’ fair, and materials.
The day starts with a keynote address that is attended by all who have registered. After that, speakers who are experts in their fields discuss topics of interest in the workshop’s eight seminars that are offered in three sessions during the day. Participants choose three of the seminars to attend.
Aging: A Family Affair provides a great audience for marketing your organization’s products or services and is an equally valuable networking opportunity.
The price to be an exhibitor is $150. Purchase an ad in the upcoming Senior Service Directory and pay $100. The deadline to register as an exhibitor is October 5. Payment must be received by October 26. For more information about advertising in the Senior Service Directory, call 865-524-2786.
Note: You don’t have to pay by the registration deadline. Just be sure to fill out the exhibitor form and send it to the Office on Aging ASAP.
